// Safety policy — for applicants
Eligibility & acceptable use
0bricks is a private platform, and every site we deliver carries the trust we extend to its operator. This page sets out the categories of business we are unable to support. If your business is not listed here, we welcome your application.
Our assessment comes down to a single question:
Is the business acting deceptively, or operating with integrity in a contested space?
We welcome honest operators in contested industries. We decline deceptive operators, regardless of how conventional the business may appear.
What we will not build
Applications matching any of these are declined automatically. There is no appeal.
- 01
Gambling & games of chance
Sportsbooks, casinos, slots, poker, lottery resellers, raffle aggregators, fantasy-for-cash, prediction markets, betting tipsters, any cash-entry / cash-payout game.
- 02
Adult & sexual content
Pornography in any framing, escort and sugar-dating directories, cam sites, paid-DM creator hubs, and sex-adjacent retail. Anything sexualising minors is reported, not just declined.
- 03
Alcohol retail & marketing
Sale, retail, or marketing of alcohol products. A deliberate platform-wide stance, regardless of local licensing.
- 04
Scams & deceptive monetisation
Get-rich-quick programs, forex / crypto / stock signal groups, pyramid and matrix schemes, fake e-commerce, counterfeit goods, phishing kits, brand-impersonation, tech-support scams.
- 05
Predatory finance
Payday and title loans, advance-fee "guaranteed approval" lending, debt-elimination schemes, fixed-return crypto yield farms, ICO/IDO launchpads, binary-options brokers.
- 06
Weapons & tactical goods
Firearm and ammunition sales, conversion kits, ghost-gun parts, combat-marketed knives, body armour to unverified buyers, mercenary services, violent-tactics instruction.
- 07
Drugs, tobacco, vape & nicotine
Illegal drugs, unregulated prescription pharmaceuticals, research chemicals, cannabis retail or delivery, and consumer-facing tobacco, vape, or nicotine retail.
- 08
Hate, harassment & extremism
Identity-based hate content, mass-violence glorification, targeted-harassment campaigns, doxxing and revenge-exposure platforms, conversion-therapy services.
- 09
Health misinformation
Cancer- or HIV-cure claims outside licensed practice, anti-vaccine merchandise, unlicensed cosmetic-injection clinics, MMS / chlorine-dioxide retail, "detox" cleanse sales.
- 10
Child-targeted deception
Monetising minors as influencers without verified consent, children’s apps with dark-pattern monetisation, "educational" services that are data-harvesting funnels.
- 11
Illegal-by-default activity
Any business whose primary activity is illegal where it operates. Sanctions evasion, wildlife trafficking, exotic-pet trade, trafficking-adjacent "recruitment".
How any business can still lose access
A legitimate-category business is still removable for any of these behaviours.
- Dark patterns: fake countdowns, fake stock alerts, fake purchase popups, hidden subscriptions, confirmshaming, roach-motel cancellation, fake reviews or press badges.
- Brand impersonation: sites posing as a bank, telco, government agency, courier, or any brand the operator does not own.
- Misleading claims: "guaranteed" income, weight loss, cure, or returns; unverifiable "certified / licensed / award-winning" without naming the body.
- Silent data harvesting: reselling visitor data without consent, missing or fake privacy policy, tracking minors.
- Abusing 0bricks: throwaway phishing landers, mass near-identical SEO-spam sites, harassing other 0bricks customers.
- Refusing to disclose a real business name, owner, or jurisdiction during intake.
